Alexander Chmarin is a partner and design principal at HANNAH. He received his Diploma from University of Stuttgart and is a licensed architect at the Architektenkammer Rheinland-Pfalz (AKBW). Prior to the founding of HANNAH, Alexander worked with various offices in Germany including Becker und Schoene Architekten in Neustadt, Becker Architekten in Neustadt and Neugebauer + Roesch Architekten in Stuttgart on a wide range of projects including housing, villas, school buildings, industrial buildings, renovation projects, and public buildings. Alexander is the designer and project manager for various award winning residential housing projects in southern Germany. House N by Becker Architekten has been exhibited during the ‘Architecture Day 2014’ event organized by the AKRP and has received recognition for its modern design and sustainable approach. Alexander has worked on various project development schemes with the aim to reduce the current shortage in public housing in Southwest Germany. Alexander is an expert in precast concrete housing developments in the Middle East, Asia, and South America.
